Connaught Homes
Connaught real estate includes an established community consisting mainly of apartment buildings and condos with a handful of old character homes dating back to the early 1900's.
For a small community, Connaught has a number of condo complexes. Most are single level with some two and three storey units in a mix of converted, new and older buildings. The newer buildings surround the popular Co-op Midtown Centre at 11th and 11th.
Connaught is also home to one of the four original loft buildings in Calgary's core, The Hudson (1909), and next door in Victoria Park you'll find Imperial Lofts (1907), Lewis Lofts (1911), and Manhattan Lofts (1912).
Shops and restaurants are located at 17th Ave and Mount Royal Village to the south, and 11th and 12th Avenues to the north.
Parks/Schools/Recreation
The Connaught School is centrally located in the community, but residents of Connaught homes are close to a variety of neighbouring schools.
