Crescent Heights Calgary Homes
Crescent Heights is a small but highly sought after community due to its close proximity to downtown, mature beauty and spectacular views. This quiet area is filled with tree lined streets and original character homes, making the morning walk to work a pleasant one.
Crescent Heights West mainly consists of houses while Crescent Heights East has a much higher mix of single family, apartment style condominiums and townhomes. The area has experienced many condo conversions over the last few years.
Parks/Schools/Recreation
On the North West side of Crescent Heights you’ll find Crescent Park alongside Crescent Road with its running paths and inspiring views of the city. You will also find the North Hill Curling Club and Crescent Heights Community Centre with an outdoor skating rink, tennis courts, baseball diamonds and children’s playground.
Rotary Park, on the east side has an off leash dog park overlooking the city, and is also home to the Mount Pleasant Tennis Club.
