Real estate in Sunnyside consists of a combination of many old character homes along with new construction. The community attracts many young professional families who enjoy the quiet neighbourhoods, but still maintain the luxury of close proximity to Calgary's busy downtown core.

Higher Education: The LRT Station provides easy access to the University of Calgary and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology is close by.
